Usually, credit card
information is not necessary to guarantee the reservation. All payment goes directly to
the hotel, but during the Canton Fair, all the reservation must be deposited.
Sometimes we will need a
reconfirmation from you to verify that you are a serious customer.
Occasionally, during a special
busy season, the hotel will ask for credit card info and an exact airline/train number to
secure the reservation.

needs, follow the easy to use reservations system to book your hotel and enjoy our
negotiated preferential rates. If it is hard to select the listed hotels, we have
recommended service, just fill the Hotel Recommended Form. If
the hotel you desired was unavailable, or our prices are un-competitive, please let us
know. We are here to help you get value for your money.
When making a reservation for
your selected hotel, simply follow the "make a reservation now"
link, fill out a form properly, and submit it. Your request will be instantly forwarded by
e-mail to our office based in Beijing. We will get back to you as
soon as possible.
